Mechanical Temperature Measuring
With bimetal thermometer you have an on site temperature measurement with a mechanical system.The measuring element of the bimetal thermometer is a quick reacting bimetal coil. It is manufactured from two cold-welded metal strips with different thermal expansion coefficients and rotates in proportion to temperature. The scale ranges reach from -50 up to 600°C

Gas Actuated Thermometers
Using gas thermometer it is possible to measure temperature in the range between -200 and +700°C. The system consists of capillary pipe, bourdon tube and a constant amount of gas. Changes of the temperature lead to changes in the pressure inside the system. Those cause a deflection of the bourdon tube which are transmited to a pointer which indicates the temperature. This allows to measure the temperature, by using a capillary line up to 50 meters away, from the display.

Contact thermometer allow to control or to regulate processes by opening and closing circuits. As soon as the defined switching temperature is reached a contact gets either opened or closed. Temperature measured by a gas or a bimetal thermometer is used as measuring principle.

Remote thermometer if its needed to bridge a distance between the measuring and the display point. This distance can be up to 10 meters. The closed measuring system of the remote thermometer is filled with a liquid. The changes of the pressure, caused by temperature changes, are transmitted to the pointer which displays the temperature.
